/ OVERVIEW

This project was tripple-ly exciting for us. Not only did it mark our third collaboration with Channel 4 but it ALSO marked our third with Ignasi Monreal! And if that wasn’t enough, it’s also the first project our Head of Animation, Kwok has directed.

This reality series (as the name suggests) is all about temptation. Paddy McGuinness rounds up 12 Brits and plops them into a tropical jungle, which would sound alright if they weren’t surviving on basic rations and survival gear. The stakes rise when the group are continuously tempted by extortionately priced items, that they have to use the shared prize money to pay for. Who will be tempted…?

The concept for the campaign came in harmony with the show’s concept. The paintings take the shape of classical Renaissance-like paintings. Featuring modern elements as a nod to temptation struggles that have been famously documented through the ages.

These paintings and the re-imagined 80’s track ‘Temptation’ by Heaven 17 sang by choir, all serves to foreshadow the drama that’s to come with the series.
