The 2022 League of Legends World Championships is finally returning home to North America for the first time since 2016 and The Line helped mark the event with a spectacular animated launch film! Featuring a brand new track from Lil Nas X, “Star Walkin’’ lifts us to the stars and celebrates the game’s arrival in San Francisco. High-fidelity 2D animation, cutting-edge 3D techniques, and beautifully painted environments bring the buzzing city to life. Pro players Meiko, Chovy, Humanoid and CoreJJ arrive in the city and transform local neighbourhoods and famous landmarks into towering mech champions, ready to battle it out at the Chase Centre arena. Featuring a brand new Summoners cup designed by Tiffany & Co, and an exclusively designed concept car by Mercedes-Benz. “Star Walkin’’ is a massive celebration of one of esports biggest events and a gorgeous animated tribute to San Francisco.
